Data we receive
An enquiry may include your name, company, email address, message, optional phone number, preferred contact method and enquiry type. Name, email and message are required to answer; company and phone are optional.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to answer, clarify and discuss a possible engagement. Pre-contractual steps apply when an individual requests their own contract. For company representatives and general business correspondence, the basis is the legitimate interest in answering and managing business enquiries. Security and abuse prevention, including event, time, provider, duration, reference and error logs, hashed IP-plus-email rate-limit data and optional field metrics, also rely on legitimate interests.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no longer than 12 months from the last contact. This period also applies to mailbox correspondence; expired records must be deleted under the company retention procedure. Contract, client and accounting records may have separate legal retention periods. Technical security logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Actual log retention will be confirmed during deployment, before public launch.
Processors and transfers
We use Google Workspace for email. Website hosting and IT support providers may also process information as needed to deliver their services. Google’s data processing terms are linked below. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Selected hosting provider
Vercel Inc. is the selected hosting provider; this does not mean the website is already deployed. When deployed, Vercel will deliver the website and may process technical request data, such as IP address and security-related information, to provide and protect the service. Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum applies to Pro and Enterprise plans and permits international processing with appropriate safeguards.
Rights and complaints
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is used. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and analytics
The website code does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics tools. Enquiry data is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decisions about you. Actual essential technical cookies and settings will be confirmed during deployment, before public launch. Non-essential cookies or tracking tools will not be enabled without any required consent.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the service or processing changes. Last updated: 2026-09-06.
